Sichuan 0 KM Engineering Component Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, located in the picturesque city of Xinjin County in the southwestern part of the Chengdu Plain, offering superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The company has independent legal entity status, complete factory facilities, advanced process equipment, a comprehensive management system, and a professional technical development team and production line workers, with over 220 employees, including 36 senior and intermediate technical talents. We are a professional manufacturer engaged in the development, production, sales, and service of bridge engineering component products. Our main products include prestressed anchors, highway bridge expansion joints, bridge bearings, corrugated pipes, and steel bar threaded couplers.

In recent years, with the annual increase in business volume, to improve product quality and create industry brand products, and to efficiently serve customer needs the company has completed the expansion of a new factory area of more than 50 acres. Eight standardized production workshops have been established and new

automated production lines and intelligent integrated production lines have been built. A large number of CNC automated equipment, robot intelligent equipment, and large-scale processing centers have been invested, and old equipment has been comprehensively updated to achieve high-quality and high-efficiency production.

Currently, we have more than 280 production and inspection equipment, with an annual production capacity of 15 million anchor holes, 300,000 linear meters of various types of highway bridge expansion joints, 800 cubic meters of plate rubber bearings, 3,000 tons of pot rubber bearings and spherical bearings, 12 million meters of various types of prestressed bridge corrugated pipes, and 10 million various types of steel bar threaded couplers, with an annual output value of 250 million yuan.

The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, environmental management system certification, and occupational health and safety management system certification, and has obtained the "Traffic Product Certification Certificate" (CCPC, CTVIC). The company has established a comprehensive quality management system.
