(1) The prestressed connector has a large batch, many processes, and high labor intensity. Through observation, he changed the original processing procedure, converting the bottom hole process of the split connector to CNC drilling, which reduced labor intensity and improved efficiency, receiving unanimous recognition from leaders and employees.

(2) The bottom hole process in the production of anchors was previously operated by one person on a manual drill, resulting in low efficiency and long processing time. After observing and finding a solution to the bottom hole positioning problem, he successfully changed it to CNC drilling, greatly improving processing efficiency and saving a lot of processing costs.

(2) The chamfering process in anchor production relied entirely on manual chamfering one hole at a time. He observed and found a way to combine the existing machine tools in the company, changing the chamfering process to extrusion, which multiplied the production efficiency and significantly reduced the labor intensity of workers.

3. Based on the position, mentoring others, promoting talent growth, ideological progress, and mutual assistance.

As an outstanding employee, with the aim of improving production efficiency and quality, he often shares the experiences he has explored in practice with his colleagues, actively contributing ideas to improve process product quality, reduce raw material waste, and decrease tool consumption. Under his influence, his colleagues' technical skills have greatly improved.
