Today, the 55MN three-level seismic-resistant friction pendulum isolation bearings—designed in-house by our company for the Hu-Wu Expressway project—completed on-site assembly and passed all factory-delivery inspections, meeting our stringent quality standards and now fully ready for shipment!

During the implementation of the project, our company communicated with the design team multiple times to optimize the design, ensuring that all performance characteristics of the bearings met the design requirements. In the production process, we adopted a full-process ERC management system, enabling close coordination among all workstations and maintaining complete control over production progress. Throughout manufacturing, each工序 strictly followed the inspection plan to conduct comprehensive and meticulous monitoring of product quality, thereby guaranteeing effective oversight of every component and every critical quality control point.
