I. Guiding Ideology
After receiving the document from the industrial park, the company arranged safety work according to the overall requirements of Xinjin County, based on the "Notice on Carrying Out the 2017 'Safety Production Month' and 'Safety Production Xinjin Tour' Activities" issued by the park. The aim is to further strengthen inspection and supervision, eliminate major hazards, and prevent major accidents through comprehensive and in-depth safety inspections, creating a good safety development environment for the park's reform and development and the establishment of a central city.


II. Work Objectives
All employees must fully recognize that the main goal of this activity is to eliminate accident hazards, effectively prevent and curb major accidents, and promote further stability in the company's safety production situation, providing a guarantee for achieving the annual safety production goals. The company is the main responsible body and action force for achieving this goal, while the park's safety supervision department is the inspection and guidance force. The company must follow the instructions of the park's safety supervision department to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the park.


III. Organizational Leadership and Special Action Scope
To ensure the implementation of this activity plan and the successful completion of the action goals, the company has established a safety work leading group.

IV. Special Action Work Deployment
1. Establish a safety inspection plan (June 5 - June 12)
Through internal safety meetings, convey the spirit and work requirements of the "Park Centralized Safety Inspection Deployment Meeting," and determine the leading group and inspection action plan.
2. Promotion and preparation phase (June 12 - June 20)
Promote and mobilize all employees in the factory through various channels to understand and actively participate in the safety inspection activities. Emphasize the safety inspection responsibilities and tasks to department managers and communicate the inspection standards to each department and individual.
3. Implementation phase (June 20 - September 20)
The safety inspection leading group will conduct the main inspections, supplemented by self-inspections and self-corrections by the workshops. Summarize safety hazards, report inspection results, and require immediate rectification for minor hazards. For major hazards or those difficult to rectify, hold meetings to discuss and determine improvement plans until implementation.
4. Rectification tracking phase (September 21 - October 15)
Mainly track the rectification of unresolved safety hazards, establish a tracking ledger, clarify rectification requirements, responsible units, responsible persons, and deadlines, report rectification progress, and report difficulties to the leading group to ensure timely completion of all safety hazards.
5. Rectification acceptance and review phase (October 15 - November 30)
Review the safety hazards identified in this safety inspection to ensure all hazards have been rectified and no new hazards have emerged.


V. Inspection Content and Requirements
1. Conduct comprehensive inspections and develop a habitual practice
Start from each production workshop, conduct comprehensive inspections of equipment, facilities, material placement, warning signs, fire safety, etc., and extend to auxiliary facilities such as canteens and warehouses to ensure "full coverage, no" inspections within the factory area, with responsibilities and implementations in place.
2. Conduct special flood prevention inspections
From July to September this year is the flood season. Based on weather forecasts, there may be excessive rainfall. Inspect the drainage conditions of the factory area and the flood prevention work of important areas such as the power distribution room and warehouses.
3. Conduct special equipment inspections
For special equipment, check whether various management systems and operating procedures are implemented, and whether the daily maintenance, inspection, and regular inspection of equipment attachments and safety protection devices are carried out.
