1. Guiding Principles
Upon receiving the industrial park’s document, the company has arranged safety work in accordance with the overall requirements of Xinjin County. Based on the park’s "Notice on Carrying Out the 2017 'Work Safety Month' and 'Work Safety Xinjin Tour' Activities," the company will further strengthen inspection and supervision efforts. Through comprehensive and in-depth work safety inspections, the goal is to eliminate major hazards, prevent major accidents, and create a safe development environment for the park’s reform and development as well as the establishment of a central city.
2. Work Objectives
All employees must fully recognize that the main goal of this activity is to eliminate potential hazards, effectively prevent and control major accidents, and promote further stability in the company’s work safety situation, thereby ensuring the achievement of the annual work safety goals. The company is the primary responsible entity and main force for achieving this goal, while the park’s safety supervision department serves as the supervisory and guiding force. The company must follow the instructions of the park’s safety supervision department and successfully complete the tasks assigned by the park.
3. Organizational Leadership and Scope of Special Actions
To ensure the implementation of this plan and the successful completion of the tasks, the company has established a work safety leadership group.

4. Deployment of Special Actions
Establishment of Safety Inspection Plan (June 5 – June 12)
By convening internal safety meetings, the company will communicate the spirit and requirements of the "Industrial Park’s Centralized Work Safety Inspection Deployment Meeting," determine the leadership group, and finalize the inspection action plan.
Promotion and Preparation Phase (June 12 – June 20)
Through various channels, all employees in the factory will be informed and mobilized to understand and actively participate in the safety inspection activities. Department managers will be reminded of their responsibilities and tasks, and inspection standards will be communicated to all relevant departments and individuals.
Implementation and Inspection Phase (June 20 – September 20)
The safety inspection leadership group will take the lead in inspections, with workshops conducting self-inspections and self-corrections as a supplement. Identified safety hazards will be summarized and reported collectively. Minor and easily resolvable hazards must be rectified immediately, while major or complex hazards will be addressed through collective discussions, improvement plans, and follow-up until resolved.
Rectification Tracking Phase (September 21 – October 15)
For hazards that have not been rectified in a timely manner, a tracking ledger will be established to clarify rectification requirements, responsible units, responsible individuals, and deadlines. Progress will be reported regularly, and difficulties will be communicated to the inspection leadership group to ensure timely resolution.
Rectification Acceptance and Review Phase (October 15 – November 30)
A retrospective review will be conducted to ensure all identified hazards have been rectified and no new hazards have emerged.
5. Inspection Content and Requirements
Conduct Comprehensive Inspections and Develop a Routine
Starting from each production workshop, conduct thorough inspections of equipment, facilities, material placement, warning signs, fire safety, and auxiliary facilities such as canteens and warehouses. Ensure "full coverage, no dead ends" with clear responsibilities and implementation.
Conduct Special Flood Prevention Inspections
From July to September, during the flood season, inspect the factory’s drainage system and waterproofing measures for critical areas such as power distribution rooms and warehouses, especially in anticipation of heavy rainfall.
Inspect Special Equipment
For special equipment, verify the implementation of management systems and operating procedures, daily maintenance and inspection of equipment attachments and safety protection devices, and the completion of regular inspections.
