Coupler

Couplers are used to extend prestressing tendons in continuous members, available in single-hole and multi-hole forms. Single-hole couplers are used to extend single steel strands, with clips at both ends to hold the steel strands. Multi-hole couplers are used to extend steel strand bundles, typically used in continuous beams, and are a type of winged anchor plate. One end is supported on the original anchor plate, and the other end is equipped with clips for conventional tensioning and anchoring of steel strand bundles. The ends of each extended steel strand are made into P-type pressed heads and hung into the coupler's wing plate to complete the extension of the steel strand bundle. The standard sales configuration of couplers includes the coupler body, protective cover, restraint ring, clips, extrusion sleeve, extrusion spring, anchor plate, and spiral reinforcement.

The GKPZ type bowl rubber support consists of an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, a middle steel plate, a pressure-bearing rubber plate, a copper sealing ring, a rubber sealing ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, an SF-1B composite plate, a stainless steel plate, a damping rubber ring, and a shock-absorbing plate. The supports are divided into 31 specifications based on vertical load capacity, ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN. Its structure is consistent with that of ordinary bowl rubber supports, with the addition of damping rubber rings and shock-absorbing plates, providing good seismic and shock-absorbing performance. The horizontal load capacity of the unidirectional movable support and fixed support is 20% of the vertical load capacity.
