GKPZ(Ⅱ) Seismic Rubber Bearing
1. Product Introduction
The GKPZ type bowl rubber bearing consists of an upper plate, a lower plate, a middle steel plate, a pressure-bearing rubber plate, a copper sealing ring, a rubber sealing ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, an SF-1B composite plate, a stainless steel plate, a damping rubber ring, and a shock-absorbing plate. The bearings are divided into 31 specifications based on vertical load capacity ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN. Its structure is consistent with that of ordinary bowl rubber bearings, with the addition of damping rubber rings and shock-absorbing plates, providing good seismic and shock-absorbing performance. The horizontal load capacity of the unidirectional movable bearing and fixed bearing is 20% of the vertical load capacity.
2. Product Features
1) The pressure-bearing rubber plate in the bottom bowl is in a three-phase constrained state, fully utilizing the energy absorption and dissipation capabilities of rubber, which has the advantage of high load capacity and significant shock absorption and isolation effects;
2) The turning angle within the vertical curve of the bearing is 0.02 rad, while also adapting to any turning angle within the horizontal curve, allowing for flexible rotation;
3) The unidirectional movable bearing and fixed bearing, with added damping rubber rings and shock-absorbing plates, have good seismic and shock-absorbing performance, significantly reducing the structure Size, with a simple and compact structure that is easy to maintain and replace, resulting in significant economic benefits.
4) The friction coefficient of the bearing is less than 0.03, and the use of lubricating silicone grease greatly extends the bearing's lifespan;
5) The applicable range of environmental temperature is (-40℃ to +60℃), allowing for wide usage.
3. Product Applications
The GKPZ type bowl rubber series bearings strictly adhere to the standards of the People's Republic of China transportation industry JT/T 391-2019 "Bowl Rubber Bearings for Highway Bridges" and the requirements of related bridge isolation and damping structures. Our company has conducted multiple optimization designs of the bearing structure, actively adopting high-tech materials, with the sliding plate material made of SF-1B composite plate, simplifying the product structure and greatly improving the product's performance and lifespan.
