GPZ (2019) Series Highway Bridge Pot Bearings

Composed of bearing top plate, polytetrafluoroethylene, steel liner plate, rubber plate, bearing bottom plate, bearing sleeve, etc. According to the function of the bearings, they are divided into: fixed bearings, unidirectional bearings, and bidirectional bearings.

GPZ (2019) series highway bridge pot bearings comply with the JT/T 391-2019 "Highway Bridge Pot Bearings" standard, with a horizontal force of 10% of the vertical bearing capacity. The steel liner plate on both sides of the unidirectional movable bearing is guided, and when the beam body generates lateral bending, it can drive the middle steel liner plate to rotate slightly, avoiding lateral constraints on the bearing, and is suitable for highway and municipal bridge structures with a seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees (including 7 degrees) and below.

GKPZ(Ⅱ) Seismic Rubber Bearing

The GKPZ type bowl rubber support consists of an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, a middle steel plate, a pressure-bearing rubber plate, a copper sealing ring, a rubber sealing ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, an SF-1B composite plate, a stainless steel plate, a damping rubber ring, and a shock-absorbing plate. The supports are divided into 31 specifications based on vertical load capacity, ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN. Its structure is consistent with that of ordinary bowl rubber supports, with the addition of damping rubber rings and shock-absorbing plates, providing good seismic and shock-absorbing performance. The horizontal load capacity of the unidirectional movable support and fixed support is 20% of the vertical load capacity.
