The JZQZ series friction pendulum seismic isolation bearings comply with the JT/T 852-2013 "Friction Pendulum Seismic Isolation Bearings for Highway Bridges" standard. The bearing uses the pendulum mechanism to extend the natural vibration period of the upper structure, avoiding the predominant period of earthquakes and reducing the seismic response of the structure, thereby protecting the structure's safety. After an earthquake, it can automatically reset. Additionally, this product features upper and lower tension plates and a double-curved surface concave liner plate, forming an arc-shaped friction pair. This effectively solves the guiding problem of friction pendulum bearings during large-displacement seismic isolation, ensuring that the bearing remains in a safe tension state within the isolation displacement range.

The supports are divided into 31 specifications based on vertical load capacity, ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN. Its structure is consistent with that of ordinary bowl rubber supports, with the addition of damping rubber rings and shock-absorbing plates, providing good seismic and shock-absorbing performance. The horizontal load capacity of the unidirectional movable support and fixed support is 20% of the vertical load capacity.
