The QZ series spherical bearings strictly implement the national standard GB/T 17955-2019 "Bridge Spherical Bearings", and also refer to the European standard "Structural Bearings" Part 7 "Spherical and Cylindrical PTFE Bearings" (EN 1337-7) and Part 2 "Sliding Components" (EN 1337-2) as well as the British standard BS 5400 "Steel Bridges, Concrete Bridges and Composite Bridges" Part 9 "Bridge Bearings". They have characteristics such as flexible rotation and large angles, making them particularly suitable for wide bridges, curved bridges, ramp bridges, skew bridges, and large-span bridges.

　　The main technical performance is as follows:

　　1. The vertical bearing capacity of the bearing design ranges from 1000 kN to 60000 kN, divided into 30 levels.

　　2. The design rotation angle of the bearing is 0.02 rad.

　　3. The horizontal force that the bearing can withstand.

　　GD fixed bearings are multi-directional, and DX unidirectional movable bearings limit the horizontal bearing capacity.

　　It is 10% of the vertical bearing capacity of the bearing.

　　4. The range of bearing displacement is shown in the table below.

　　5. The design value of the bearing friction coefficient is:

　　Normal temperature (-25°C to +60°C): u ≤ 0.03

　　Low temperature (-40°C to -25°C): u ≤ 0.06

　　6. The applicable range of bearing slope:

　　The bearing can adapt to slope requirements within 6%; slopes exceeding 6% can be set through

　　embedded steel plates at the bottom of the beam, or achieved by the upper bearing plate according to actual processing slope requirements.

　　7. Special design can be carried out when the displacement, rotation angle, and horizontal bearing capacity exceed the standard.
