Ring Anchor

The ring anchor is based on the clip-type anchor and can be threaded in both directions, integrating the fixed end and tension end. Its working principle: the ends of the steel strands surrounding the structure are anchored on the same ring anchor plate. By tensioning the steel strands, the structure's pipe wall is compressed, subjecting the structure to radially distributed compressive forces and tangential drag forces, thereby forming a ring-shaped prestress in the structure's cross-section. This anchor is mainly suitable for prestressed concrete lining structures in hydropower station pressure water diversion tunnels and sand flushing tunnels, circular sewage tanks, circular coal storage silos, liquid storage tanks, and other ring-shaped prestressed structures. This series of anchors is used with YCW series jacks, ZB4-500 electric oil pumps, and tools such as deflectors, transition blocks, and extension tubes for tensioning.

GKPZ(Ⅱ) Seismic Rubber Bearing

The GKPZ type bowl rubber support consists of an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, a middle steel plate, a pressure-bearing rubber plate, a copper sealing ring, a rubber sealing ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, an SF-1B composite plate, a stainless steel plate, a damping rubber ring, and a shock-absorbing plate. The supports are divided into 31 specifications based on vertical load capacity, ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN. Its structure is consistent with that of ordinary bowl rubber supports, with the addition of damping rubber rings and shock-absorbing plates, providing good seismic and shock-absorbing performance. The horizontal load capacity of the unidirectional movable support and fixed support is 20% of the vertical load capacity.
