YJMP15 and YJMPB15 fixed-end anchors

This is an anchor for fixed ends, which can be arranged in a rectangular shape (with a flat anchor at the tension end) or a square shape (with a round anchor at the tension end). It consists of a base plate, a steel extrusion sleeve, an ultra-thin extrusion clip, and a restraining ring. During construction, the steel strand is passed through the steel extrusion sleeve, the ultra-thin extrusion clip is installed, and it is formed by extrusion using a YJ40 extruder (specifically for YM anchors), with anchoring performance identical to that of the tension end. The main structural dimensions are shown in the figure below.

The GKPZ type bowl rubber support consists of an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, a middle steel plate, a pressure-bearing rubber plate, a copper sealing ring, a rubber sealing ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, an SF-1B composite plate, a stainless steel plate, a damping rubber ring, and a shock-absorbing plate. The supports are divided into 31 specifications based on vertical load capacity, ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN. Its structure is consistent with that of ordinary bowl rubber supports, with the addition of damping rubber rings and shock-absorbing plates, providing good seismic and shock-absorbing performance. The horizontal load capacity of the unidirectional movable support and fixed support is 20% of the vertical load capacity.
