The special feature lies in the vulcanized composite structure of the upper and lower connecting plates, composite high-performance rubber, and reinforced steel plates, which is consistent with the structure of general rubber plate bearings. The connecting plates are used to connect with the beam body and the pier.

The double spherical bearing isolation spherical support consists of an upper plate, a lower plate, a double spherical body, a concave lining plate, a spherical wear-resistant plate, a flat wear-resistant plate, a polyurethane damping block, a shear-resistant ring, and so on. It has the characteristics of large displacement and large angle rotation, and the support is not limited by the temperature of the operating environment, making it widely applicable.

The lead core rubber bearing consists of upper and lower connecting plates, upper and lower sealing plates, a lead core, and a rubber matrix. The rubber matrix uses a vulcanized combination structure of rubber and an intermediate steel plate, which is consistent with the structure of a general rubber plate bearing, with the lead core evenly distributed in the middle of the bearing. The connecting plate is used to connect with the beam and pier.

The Lasso seismic isolation pot rubber bearing consists of an upper plate, a lower plate, an intermediate steel plate, a pressure-bearing rubber plate, a copper sealing ring, a rubber sealing ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, an SF-1B composite plate, a stainless steel plate, and high-strength steel cables, among others. Its structural feature is the use of high-strength steel cables (steel strands, high-strength wire bundles) to restrict the upper and lower plates within the effective displacement range of the bearing.

The seismic isolation spherical bearing is composed of an upper plate, a lower plate, a spherical crown liner, a concave liner, a spherical wear-resistant plate, a flat wear-resistant plate, shear blocks, shear pins, shear bolts, and so on. Its structure is consistent with that of ordinary spherical bearings, and the horizontal bearing capacity is 20% of the vertical bearing capacity.

High-damping rubber bearings consist of upper and lower connecting plates, upper and lower sealing plates, and a high-damping rubber matrix. The high-damping rubber matrix uses a combination structure of high-damping rubber and an intermediate steel plate, which is consistent with the structure of general rubber plate bearings. The connecting plates are used to connect with the beam body and the pier.

The GKPZ type bowl rubber support consists of an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, a middle steel plate, a pressure-bearing rubber plate, a copper sealing ring, a rubber sealing ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, an SF-1B composite plate, a stainless steel plate, a damping rubber ring, and a shock-absorbing plate. The supports are divided into 31 specifications based on vertical load capacity, ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN. Its structure is consistent with that of ordinary bowl rubber supports, with the addition of damping rubber rings and shock-absorbing plates, providing good seismic and shock-absorbing performance. The horizontal load capacity of the unidirectional movable support and fixed support is 20% of the vertical load capacity.

The highway plate rubber bearing uses a vulcanized combination of an intermediate steel plate and rubber, fully utilizing the energy absorption and dissipation properties of rubber. It has the advantages of high bearing capacity, significant shock absorption and isolation effects, and is easy to maintain and replace. It provides significant economic benefits while meeting the corner requirements of bridges. The application of plate rubber bearings has promoted the advancement of bridge technology in our country and has now become one of the main types of bearings for medium and small span highways in China.

In normal use, the support moves within the range of designed displacement, the cable does not play a limiting role, and the cable damping support is the same as the conventional support.

The highway bridge lead core seismic isolation rubber bearing is a standard bridge component product developed in accordance with national and industry-related standards, while also referencing European standards. This product is available in two types: rectangular and circular, suitable for various highway and municipal bridges in seismic zones of 8 degrees and below.

The QZ series spherical bearings strictly adhere to the national standard GB/T 17955-2019 "Bridge Spherical Bearings", while also referencing the European standard "Structural Bearings" Part 7 "Spherical and Cylindrical PTFE Bearings" (EN 1337-7) and Part 2 "Sliding Elements" (EN 1337-2), as well as the British standard BS 5400 "Steel Bridges, Concrete Bridges and Composite Bridges" Part 9 "Bridge Bearings". They feature flexible rotation and large angles, making them particularly suitable for wide bridges, curved bridges, ramp bridges, skew bridges, and large-span bridges.
