The GPZ (KZ) series seismic-resistant pot bearings strictly adhere to the JT/T 391-2019 "Pot Bearings for Highway Bridges" standard and are designed in accordance with the provisions of the European standard EN 1337.

The GPZ (II) series pot bearings are designed according to the Ministry of Transport industry standard JT 391-2019 "Pot Bearings for Highway Bridges". This product is based on over twenty years of research and production application of highway pot bearings, referencing the standards and technologies of European and American pot bearings, and optimizing the GPZ series pot bearings.

The highway bridge plate rubber bearings strictly implement the provisions of JT/T4 - 2019 "Highway Bridge Plate Rubber Bearings" and JT/T663-2006 "Specification Series of Highway Bridge Plate Rubber Bearings." This product further optimizes its design parameters and structural types after summarizing the experience of various designs, manufacturing, and applications of plate rubber bearings in the past, and the comprehensive performance of the product has been further improved.

During the processing, each procedure strictly follows the quality management and monitoring procedures of initial inspection, self-inspection, mutual inspection, and dedicated inspection, while maintaining complete records of the product quality processing process, achieving controllability and traceability of product quality.

This type of anchor is suitable for post-tensioning construction of prestressed concrete structures, consisting of four parts: anchor ring, clamping piece, anchor substructure, and spiral reinforcement (see the figure below). The specific Specification and Size are shown in Table 1.

This type of anchor is mainly used for post-tensioned hollow slab beams or thin concrete structures, consisting of a clip, flat anchor ring, flat anchor base plate, and flat spiral reinforcement. The main structural dimensions are shown in the figure below and Table 2.

This is an anchor for fixed ends, which can be arranged in a rectangular shape (with a flat anchor at the tension end) or a square shape (with a round anchor at the tension end). It consists of a base plate, a steel extrusion sleeve, an ultra-thin extrusion clip, and a restraining ring. During construction, the steel strand is passed through the steel extrusion sleeve, and the ultra-thin extrusion clip is installed, then formed using a YJ40 extrusion machine (specific for YM anchors), achieving the same anchoring performance as the tension end. The main structural dimensions are shown in the figure below.

The connector is used to connect the already anchored steel strand bundles and the extended un-tensioned steel strand bundles in the post-tensioned continuous beam structure. It adopts a peripheral hanging structure, mainly consisting of a clamp, connector body, P-type extrusion head, anchor structure, spiral reinforcement, and casing (including a restraining ring). Its main parameters are shown in the figure and table below.

Used for anchoring high-strength precision rolled steel bars with diameters of Φ25 and Φ32.

Used for anchoring high-strength steel wire bundles with standard strengths of 1570 MPa and 1670 MPa, with diameters of Φ5 and Φ7.
