This year, with the strong support and assistance of our superiors, Sichuan Zero Kilometer Engineering Component Co., Ltd. has gradually established and improved the organizational structure and system of the labor union. Functional departments and personnel have been set up, and various systems and job responsibilities have been formulated. The company currently has 120 employees, including 11 Party members, and all 120 employees are labor union members, achieving a 100% membership rate.
Zero Kilometer is a small enterprise established in May 2004, now located at No. 518, Xingyuan 9th Road, Industrial Park A Zone. The company has a registered capital of 100 million yuan and covers an area of 14 acres. We are engaged in the development, production, sales, and service of bridge engineering components. Our main products include prestressed anchors, corrugated pipes, welded steel mesh, bridge expansion joints, steel bar connecting sleeves, dampers, and sound barriers. The company has its own technical development team, sales team, and production line workers. We have passed the ISO 9001 quality system certification and have established 8 offices nationwide with 8 agents. In 2012, the company was recognized as a "Chengdu Famous Trademark" and was listed in the "Local High-Quality Products Catalog" for the same year. From 2011 to 2013, the company was consecutively rated as a top taxpayer in Xinjin County for three years.

Work safety is the solid foundation for ensuring the personal safety and family well-being of every employee. This year, the company's labor union organized a large-scale speech contest titled "Safety in My Heart" and a knowledge competition called "Remember Safety to Promote Production," in which all employees participated. Significant improvements have been made in providing labor protection equipment and safety measures for employees. Additionally, health check-ups were conducted for some employees at Zhihui Hospital and the Panzhihua Steel Occupational Health Institute. Medical staff from the hospital are also regularly dispatched to the company to perform general health examinations. These efforts reinforce the principle that work safety must prioritize "people first and people-centered" values.
