This year, the company union continues to enhance the ideological improvement of employees based on last year, ensuring that all members further understand, familiarize themselves with, integrate into, and love the union. In a short period, members have become familiar with their obligations. This is also an important year for our new organization and new members to break through new ideas and concepts in the new era. Through the efforts of all members over the past few years, our union work has developed from nothing to something, from being unpresentable to now being able to be put on the table. Currently, it is recognized and supported by everyone, and they love it even more. Regarding this point, we feel gratified. Over the past six months, attendance has been full, and there have been very few job changes or dismissals in the past year. However, due to increased production tasks, a few comrades have joined.
