Anti-Loosening Anchor

The anti-loosening anchor is based on the conventional tension end anchor, with added clip anti-loosening devices, consisting of a pressure plate, disc spring washers installed at the rear end of each anchoring unit's clips, and hollow bolts. The pressure plate is fastened to the anchor plate with bolts, and the hollow bolts pass through the through holes on the pressure plate to press against the disc spring washers and clips. The disc spring washers use their own elasticity to press against the clips, ensuring that each anchoring unit's clips are subjected to a force pressing them into the anchor plate holes, ensuring safe and reliable anchoring of each unit. The pressing force and displacement of each anchoring unit's clips can be adjusted individually, effectively preventing clip loosening caused by various reasons, ensuring safer and more reliable anchoring under low-stress, high-stress amplitude dynamic load conditions, and maintaining effective clip follow-up. It can also be used for clip-type anchors at the lower end of vertical prestressing bundles, ensuring effective clamping of the steel strands.

The supports are divided into 31 specifications based on vertical load capacity, ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN. Its structure is consistent with that of ordinary bowl rubber supports, with the addition of damping rubber rings and shock-absorbing plates, providing good seismic and shock-absorbing performance. The horizontal load capacity of the unidirectional movable support and fixed support is 20% of the vertical load capacity.
