Deeply Embedded Anchor

The deeply embedded anchor uses conventional anchors, but the component tensioning ducts and construction tools have special requirements. When the design or anti-corrosion requirements necessitate embedding the anchor deep within the component's concrete, a tensioning duct must be reserved at the tension end of the component. The sleeve is the reserved tensioning duct for the deeply embedded anchor, typically made of suitable steel pipes or rolled steel plates welded with the anchor plate. Its length L should be greater than the distance between the deeply embedded anchor plate and the component end face, and the inner diameter ΦK should be greater than the outer diameter ΦE of the anchor plate plus 10 mm. During construction tensioning, a specially designed extension tube must be customized, with one end matching the jack and the other end serving as a limit device, enabling limited tensioning.

The GKPZ type bowl rubber support consists of an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, a middle steel plate, a pressure-bearing rubber plate, a copper sealing ring, a rubber sealing ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, an SF-1B composite plate, a stainless steel plate, a damping rubber ring, and a shock-absorbing plate. The supports are divided into 31 specifications based on vertical load capacity, ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN. Its structure is consistent with that of ordinary bowl rubber supports, with the addition of damping rubber rings and shock-absorbing plates, providing good seismic and shock-absorbing performance. The horizontal load capacity of the unidirectional movable support and fixed support is 20% of the vertical load capacity.
