Compression and Tension Spherical Support
1. Product Introduction
The LYQZ tension and compression spherical bearing consists of an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, a self-aligning slider, a concave liner, a spherical crown liner, a spherical wear-resistant plate, a flat wear-resistant plate, pull-out bolts, and upper and lower pressure plates. It has large displacement, large angle, and vertical anti-pull characteristics, making it suitable for bridge projects across large rivers, canyons, and seas.
2. Product Features
1) The spherical crown liner is made using a stainless steel cladding process, which provides high wear resistance and a low friction coefficient, enhancing the performance and service life of the bearing;
2) The combination of pull-out bolts and upper and lower pressure plates provides good vertical tensile performance, addressing the need to overcome negative bending moment stresses at the ends of the beam, ensuring that the entire beam's stress conforms to the actual mechanical model;
3) The wear-resistant plate is made of modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, meeting the needs for high load capacity while also providing good wear resistance;
4) It can be designed for ultra-large displacement (±800mm) and large angles (0.04rad) according to usage requirements, to meet the needs of bridges with large displacement and large angles;
5) The self-aligning slider ensures that the bearing's angle is evenly stressed, avoiding the phenomenon of "locking" at large angles.
3. Product Application Technology
The LYQZ series spherical bearings strictly adhere to the national standard GB/T 17955-2009 "Technical Conditions for Spherical Bearings" of the People's Republic of China, and also refer to the draft of the structural bearing standard published by the European Committee for Standardization CEN/TC 167 in August 1993, specifically the seventh part "Spherical and Column PTFE Bearings" and the second part "Sliding Components", as well as the British standard BS 5400 "Steel Bridges, Concrete Bridges, and Composite Bridges", ninth part "Bridge Bearings".
