1. Product Introduction

　　The rotating support is composed of an upper hinge, a lower hinge, a positioning framework, a pin shaft, a spherical wear-resistant plate, and a supporting system. It is suitable for various types of cross-line bridges and cast-in-place beam construction on site.

　　2. Product Features

　　1) The upper hinge uses an ultra-large spherical hard chrome plating process, which gives it high wear resistance and a low friction coefficient, improving the performance of the support.

　　2) The lower hinge of the support uses a combination of an ultra-large sphere and a spherical wear-resistant plate, meeting the requirement for a vertical curve inner turning angle of 0.04 rad, while also adapting to a 360-degree turning angle on a flat curve, allowing for flexible rotation.

　　3) The wear-resistant plate is made of modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, meeting the needs for high load capacity while also providing good wear resistance.

　　4) The support is not limited by the temperature of the operating environment, making it widely applicable.

　　5) The lower hinge of the support is equipped with vibration holes to meet the needs of large cubic concrete construction.

　　6) The pin shaft is used in conjunction with the wear-resistant plate, avoiding the "jamming" phenomenon during the rotation construction of the beam.

　　7) It can meet the needs of various types of cross-line bridges and cast-in-place beam construction on site, without closing or stopping the crossed lines, providing high social and economic benefits.

　　3. Product Applications

　　The rotating support strictly implements the national standard GB/T 17955-2009 of the People's Republic of China "Technical Conditions for Spherical Supports", and also refers to the draft of the structural support standard published by the European Committee for Standardization CEN/TC 167 in August 1993, Part 7 "Spherical and Column-type PTFE Supports" and Part 2 "Sliding Components", as well as the British Standard BS 5400 "Steel Bridges, Concrete Bridges and Composite Bridges", Part 9 "Bridge Supports".

　　Our company participated in the design and production of the ZTQZ46500KN rotating spherical support, which is applied in the Chongqing Kaizhou Liaozi Grand Bridge project. This project uses a combination of vertical and horizontal rotation technology for the arch ribs, which is the first application in the country. The rotating support meets the rotational performance requirements under the condition of counterweight eccentricity, satisfying high construction standards.
