GCPZ series pot rubber support
1. Product Introduction
The GCPZ series bowl-type rubber bearings consist of an upper plate, lower plate, intermediate steel plate, pressure-bearing rubber plate, copper sealing ring, rubber sealing ring, polytetrafluoroethylene plate, SF-1B composite plate, stainless steel plate, guide rail, piston, etc. The bearings are divided into 39 specifications based on vertical bearing capacity ranging from 0.4MN to 60MN. The structure adds a guide rail component on the basis of ordinary bowl-type rubber bearings, providing good guidance and limiting performance.
GCPZ(I) type: Fixed bearing, unidirectional movable bearing with horizontal bearing capacity in the non-active direction being 10% of the vertical bearing capacity, generally suitable for bridges in areas with seismic peak acceleration Ag ≤ 0.05g.
GCPZ(II) type: Fixed bearing, unidirectional movable bearing with horizontal bearing capacity in the non-active direction being 15% of the vertical bearing capacity, generally suitable for bridges in areas with seismic peak acceleration Ag ≤ 0.1g.
GCPZ(III) type: Fixed bearing, unidirectional movable bearing with horizontal bearing capacity in the non-active direction being 22.5% of the vertical bearing capacity, generally suitable for bridges in areas with seismic peak acceleration Ag ≤ 0.15g.
2. Product Features
1) The pressure-bearing rubber plate in the bottom bowl is in a three-phase constrained state, fully utilizing the energy absorption and dissipation of rubber, with the advantage of high bearing capacity and significant shock absorption and isolation effects.
2) The internal turning angle of the bearing's vertical curve is 0.02 rad, while also adapting to any turning angle in the horizontal curve, allowing for flexible rotation.
3) The unidirectional movable bearing, with the addition of a guide rail component, has good guidance and limiting performance, overcoming the "jamming" phenomenon when guiding on both sides of ordinary bowl-type bearings.
4) Due to its central guiding structure that avoids the "jamming" phenomenon, the limiting direction gap can be precisely controlled, ensuring the stability of the beam body in the limiting direction.
5) The anchoring plate of the lower plate adopts a welded ear plate structure, which reduces the amount of steel used while meeting the requirements for horizontal stiffness, resulting in significant economic benefits.
6) The friction coefficient of the bearing is less than 0.03, and the use of lubricating silicone grease greatly improves the service life of the bearing.
7) The applicable range of environmental temperature is (-40℃ to +60℃), allowing for wide usage.
3. Product Applications
The GCPZ series bowl-type rubber bearings strictly adhere to the standards of the transportation industry of the People's Republic of China JT/T 391-2009 "Bowl-type Rubber Bearings for Highway Bridges", European standard EN1337.5-2005, and the requirements of relevant industry specifications for bridge standard component products.
