1. Product Introduction
The horizontal force dispersing rubber bearing consists of upper and lower connecting plates, high-performance rubber, and reinforced steel plates. Its uniqueness lies in the vulcanized composite structure of the upper and lower connecting plates, composite high-performance rubber, and reinforced steel plates, which is consistent with the structure of general rubber plate bearings. The connecting plates are used to connect with the beam body and pier.
2. Bearing Characteristics
1) It uses composite high-performance rubber materials, which have the integrated functions of bearing capacity, recovery, and damping (energy absorption);
2) The horizontal force dispersing rubber bearing has excellent hysteresis characteristics, providing isolation against wind-induced vibrations and large, medium, and small earthquakes;
3) The horizontal force dispersing rubber bearing provides isolation functionality without the need for additional devices, resulting in low maintenance management costs;
4) After a major earthquake, the horizontal force dispersing rubber bearing does not produce residual stress, and its characteristics change very little, so there is no need for replacement;
5) The elastic performance and damping characteristics of the horizontal force dispersing rubber bearing have little dependence on environmental temperature, making it suitable for a wide range of applications;
3. Bearing Applications
The horizontal force dispersing rubber bearing strictly adheres to the national standard JT/T20688-2006 "Bridge Isolation Rubber Bearings" of the People's Republic of China and related industry specifications, while also referring to the requirements for bridge bearings in the European standard EN15129-2009 "Isolation Devices". It has developed a series of isolation-type bridge components, further optimizing its design parameters and structural forms, resulting in improved overall performance. It is suitable for various highway and municipal bridges in seismic intensity zones of 7 degrees and below.
The LNR and LNR(H) series plate rubber bearings produced by the company are widely used in domestic and international large and medium-sized bridge projects such as the Guijin Expressway, Pingtian Expressway, Dahuo Expressway, Lexi Expressway, Jinning Expressway, Yijin Expressway, Baomao Expressway, Tongsai Expressway, Chengle Expansion Project, Jiangong Project, G310 Line, Sichuan-Tibet Railway, Jincheng ECP Project, Cuizhai Municipal, and Yangjiang Construction.
