1. Product Introduction

　　The GCQZ series spherical bearings consist of an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, a spherical wear-resistant plate, a flat wear-resistant plate, a spherical plate, a rubber sealing ring, anchoring components, and more. The bearings are divided into 35 specifications based on vertical load capacity, ranging from 1000KN to 60000KN. The structure is based on ordinary spherical bearings, and the wear-resistant plate material uses modified ultra-high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene, which has good wear resistance and self-lubricating properties, improving the service life of the bearings and reducing maintenance and upkeep costs.

　　GCQZ(I) type: Fixed bearing, unidirectional movable bearing with a horizontal load capacity in the non-active direction of 10% of the vertical load capacity, generally suitable for bridges in areas with seismic peak acceleration Ag ≤ 0.05g;

　　GCQZ(II) type: Fixed bearing, unidirectional movable bearing with a horizontal load capacity in the non-active direction of 15% of the vertical load capacity, generally suitable for bridges in areas with seismic peak acceleration Ag ≤ 0.1g;

　　GCQZ(III) type: Fixed bearing, unidirectional movable bearing with a horizontal load capacity in the non-active direction of 22.5% of the vertical load capacity, generally suitable for bridges in areas with seismic peak acceleration Ag ≤ 0.15g;

　　The horizontal shear check for bidirectional movable bearings and unidirectional movable bearings in the active direction is designed according to 5% of the bearing's vertical load capacity.

　　2. Product Features

　　1) The spherical crown liner is made using a stainless steel cladding process, giving it high wear resistance and a low friction coefficient, improving the performance and service life of the bearings;

　　2) The inner turning angle of the vertical curve of the bearing is 0.02rad, and it adapts to any turning angle in flat curves, allowing for flexible rotation;

　　3) The wear-resistant plate uses modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, meeting the needs for high load capacity while also providing good wear resistance and self-lubricating properties, improving the service life of the bearings and reducing maintenance and upkeep costs;

　　4) The applicable range of environmental temperature is (-40℃ to +60℃), allowing for wide usage areas;

　　5) The anchoring plate of the lower seat plate uses a welded ear plate structure, which reduces the amount of steel used while meeting the requirements for horizontal stiffness, resulting in significant economic benefits;

　　6) The friction coefficient of the bearing is less than 0.03, and the use of lubricating silicone grease greatly extends the service life of the bearings.

　　The GCQZ series spherical bearings strictly adhere to the standards of the People's Republic of China transportation industry JT/T 17955-2009 "Bridge Spherical Bearings" and the European standard EN1337.7-2005, as well as the requirements of related industry specifications for bridge standard component products.
