1. Product Introduction

　　The JQZ series spherical bearings consist of an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, a spherical wear-resistant plate, a flat wear-resistant plate, a spherical plate, a rubber sealing ring, a guide rail assembly, an anchoring assembly, and so on. The bearings are divided into 33 specifications based on vertical load capacity ranging from 1.0MN to 70MN. The structure is based on ordinary spherical bearings, and the wear-resistant plate material uses modified ultra-high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene, which has good wear resistance and self-lubricating properties, improving the service life of the bearings and reducing maintenance and upkeep costs.

　　JQZ(I) type: Fixed bearing, unidirectional movable bearing with a horizontal load capacity in the non-active direction of 10% of the vertical load capacity, generally suitable for bridges in areas with seismic peak acceleration Ag ≤ 0.10g;

　　JQZ(II) type: Fixed bearing, unidirectional movable bearing with a horizontal load capacity in the non-active direction of 15% of the vertical load capacity, generally suitable for bridges in areas with seismic peak acceleration 0.10g ≤ Ag ≤ 0.15g;

　　JQZ(III) type: Fixed bearing, unidirectional movable bearing with a horizontal load capacity in the non-active direction of 22.5% of the vertical load capacity, generally suitable for bridges in areas with seismic peak acceleration 0.15g ≤ Ag ≤ 0.20g;

　　Bidirectional movable bearings are designed with a horizontal shear check in the active direction of unidirectional movable bearings at 5% of the bearing's vertical load capacity.

　　2. Product Features

　　1) The spherical crown lining plate uses a stainless steel coating process, giving it high wear resistance and a low friction coefficient, improving the performance and service life of the bearings;

　　2) The vertical curve inner turning angle of the bearing is 0.02rad, and it adapts to any turning angle in flat curves, allowing for flexible rotation;

　　3) The wear-resistant plate uses modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, meeting the needs for high load capacity while also providing good wear resistance and self-lubricating properties, improving the service life of the bearings and reducing maintenance and upkeep costs;

　　4) The applicable environmental temperature range is (-40℃ to +60℃), allowing for wide usage areas;

　　5) The anchor bolts used for the bearings employ a high corrosion-resistant Dacromet surface treatment process, enhancing the corrosion resistance of the anchor bolts;

　　6) The friction coefficient of the bearings is less than 0.03, and with the use of lubricating silicone grease, it greatly extends the service life of the bearings.

　　The JQZ series spherical bearings strictly adhere to the standards of the People's Republic of China transportation industry JT/T 17955-2009 "Bridge Spherical Bearings" and the European standard EN1337.7-2005, as well as the requirements of related industry specifications for bridge standard component products.
