High Damping Rubber Bearing
1. Product Introduction
The high-damping rubber bearing consists of upper and lower connecting plates, upper and lower sealing plates, and a high-damping rubber matrix. The high-damping rubber matrix uses a combination structure of high-damping rubber and an intermediate steel plate, which is consistent with the structure of general rubber plate bearings. The connecting plate is used to connect with the beam and pier.
2. Bearing Characteristics
1) It uses composite high-performance rubber materials, possessing the integrated functions of bearing capacity, recovery, and damping (energy absorption);
2) The high-damping rubber bearing has excellent hysteresis characteristics, providing isolation against wind and large, medium, and small earthquakes;
3) The high-damping rubber bearing performs isolation functions without the need for additional devices, resulting in low maintenance management costs;
4) After a major earthquake, the high-damping rubber bearing does not produce residual stress, and its characteristics change very little, so there is no need for replacement;
5) The elastic performance and damping characteristics of the high-damping rubber bearing have little dependence on environmental temperature, making it suitable for a wide range of applications;
3. Bearing Applications
The high-damping rubber bearing strictly adheres to the transportation industry standard JT/T842-2012 "High Damping Rubber Isolation Bearings for Highway Bridges" of the People's Republic of China and related industry specifications, while also referring to the requirements for high-damping rubber bearings in the European standard EN15129-2009 "Isolation Devices" and the development of a series of bridge components for isolation and damping. This further optimizes its design parameters and structural forms, enhancing the overall performance of the product. It is suitable for various highway and municipal bridges in seismic intensity zones of 9 degrees and below.
The HDR series plate rubber bearings produced by the company are widely used in domestic and international large and medium-sized bridge projects such as the Guijin Expressway, Ping Tian Expressway, Da Huo Expressway, Le Xi Expressway, Jin Ning Expressway, Yi Jin Expressway, Bao Mao Expressway, Kaizhou Bridge, Tong Sai Expressway, Cheng Le Expansion Project, Jian Gong Project, G310 Line, Sichuan-Tibet Railway, Jin Cheng ECP Project, Cui Zhai Municipal, and Yangjiang Construction.
