GPZ(2019) series pot bearings

　　JT/T 391-2019 "Highway Bridge Pot Bearings", GPZ (2019) series pot bearings are the supporting drawings for this standard.

　　The vertical bearing capacity of the bearing design ranges from 0.4 MN to 60 MN, divided into 33 levels.

　　The design rotation angle of the bearing is 0.02 rad.

　　The horizontal force that the bearing can withstand.

　　The limit horizontal bearing capacity of GD fixed bearings in all directions and DX unidirectional movable bearings is 10% of the vertical bearing capacity of the bearing.

　　Design values for the bearing friction coefficient:

　　Normal temperature (-25°C to +60°C): u ≤ 0.03

　　Low temperature (-40°C to -25°C): u ≤ 0.06

　　Special design can be carried out when the displacement and horizontal bearing capacity exceed the standard.

GKPZ(Ⅱ) Seismic Rubber Bearing

The GKPZ type bowl rubber support consists of an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, a middle steel plate, a pressure-bearing rubber plate, a copper sealing ring, a rubber sealing ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, an SF-1B composite plate, a stainless steel plate, a damping rubber ring, and a shock-absorbing plate. The supports are divided into 31 specifications based on vertical load capacity, ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN. Its structure is consistent with that of ordinary bowl rubber supports, with the addition of damping rubber rings and shock-absorbing plates, providing good seismic and shock-absorbing performance. The horizontal load capacity of the unidirectional movable support and fixed support is 20% of the vertical load capacity.
