GPZ(II) series pot bearings

　　The GPZ (II) series pot bearings are designed according to the Ministry of Transport industry standard JT 391-2019 "Pot Bearings for Highway Bridges". This product is based on over twenty years of research and production application of highway pot bearings, referencing the standards and technologies of European and American pot bearings, and optimizing the GPZ series pot bearings.

　　Horizontal bearing capacity: GD fixed bearings in all directions, DX unidirectional movable bearings limit horizontal bearing

　　force to 10% of the vertical bearing capacity.

　　Design bearing capacity of the bearing: 0.8 MN - 60 MN divided into 31 levels.

　　Normal temperature type: μ ≤ 0.03

　　Cold-resistant type: μ ≤ 0.06

　　Applicable temperature range: -40°C to 60°C

GKPZ(Ⅱ) Seismic Rubber Bearing

The GKPZ type bowl rubber support consists of an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, a middle steel plate, a pressure-bearing rubber plate, a copper sealing ring, a rubber sealing ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, an SF-1B composite plate, a stainless steel plate, a damping rubber ring, and a shock-absorbing plate. The supports are divided into 31 specifications based on vertical load capacity, ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN. Its structure is consistent with that of ordinary bowl rubber supports, with the addition of damping rubber rings and shock-absorbing plates, providing good seismic and shock-absorbing performance. The horizontal load capacity of the unidirectional movable support and fixed support is 20% of the vertical load capacity.
