　　1. Product Introduction

　　The GPZ (II) type basin rubber bearing consists of an upper plate, a lower plate, a middle steel plate, a pressure-bearing rubber plate, a copper sealing ring, a rubber sealing ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, an SF-1B composite plate, and a stainless steel plate. The bearings are divided into 31 specifications based on vertical load capacity ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN, with the horizontal load capacity of unidirectional movable bearings and fixed bearings being 10% of the vertical load capacity.

　　2. Product Features

　　1) The pressure-bearing rubber plate in the bottom basin is in a three-phase constrained state, fully utilizing the energy absorption and dissipation properties of rubber, which provides a large load capacity and significant shock absorption and isolation effects;

　　2) The internal turning angle of the vertical curve of the bearing is 0.02 rad, while also adapting to any turning angle in the flat curve, allowing for flexible rotation;

　　3) The guiding limit structure of the unidirectional movable bearing is combined with the lower plate, greatly reducing the Size of the structure, making it simple, compact, easy to maintain and replace, with significant economic benefits.

　　4) The friction coefficient of the movable bearing is less than 0.03, and the use of lubricating silicone grease greatly extends the bearing's lifespan;

　　5) The applicable range of environmental temperature is (-40℃ to +60℃), allowing for widespread use.

Its structure is consistent with that of ordinary bowl rubber supports, with the addition of damping rubber rings and shock-absorbing plates, providing good seismic and shock-absorbing performance. The horizontal load capacity of the unidirectional movable support and fixed support is 20% of the vertical load capacity.
