JQZ Series New Spherical Bearings

The JQZ series new spherical bearings have greatly improved the bearing capacity, improved the performance, extended the service life, reduced the structural size, reduced the weight, shortened the processing cycle, and reduced the cost through the selection of high-quality materials and structural optimization design (patent technology). The design horizontal bearing capacity of fixed bearings in all directions and non-active directions of unidirectional movable bearings is divided into three levels:

JQZ (I) type (ordinary type) ------ the design horizontal bearing capacity is 10% of the vertical bearing capacity of the bearing;

JQZ (II) type (seismic type) ------ the design horizontal bearing capacity is 15% of the vertical bearing capacity of the bearing;

JQZ (III) type (seismic type) ------ the design horizontal bearing capacity is 22.5% of the vertical bearing capacity of the bearing.

GKPZ(Ⅱ) Seismic Rubber Bearing

The GKPZ type bowl rubber support consists of an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, a middle steel plate, a pressure-bearing rubber plate, a copper sealing ring, a rubber sealing ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, an SF-1B composite plate, a stainless steel plate, a damping rubber ring, and a shock-absorbing plate. The supports are divided into 31 specifications based on vertical load capacity, ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN. Its structure is consistent with that of ordinary bowl rubber supports, with the addition of damping rubber rings and shock-absorbing plates, providing good seismic and shock-absorbing performance. The horizontal load capacity of the unidirectional movable support and fixed support is 20% of the vertical load capacity.
