QZ Series Spherical Bearings

The QZ series spherical bearings comply with the GB/T 17955-2009 "Bridge Spherical Bearings" standard, with a horizontal force of 10% of the vertical bearing capacity. Spherical bearings have large bearing capacity, large horizontal displacement, flexible rotation, and consistent rotation performance in all directions. They are widely used in various spans and types of bridges, especially suitable for long-span bridges and wide bridges, curved bridges, ramp bridges, and other structurally complex bridges.

GKPZ(Ⅱ) Seismic Rubber Bearing

The GKPZ type bowl rubber support consists of an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, a middle steel plate, a pressure-bearing rubber plate, a copper sealing ring, a rubber sealing ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, an SF-1B composite plate, a stainless steel plate, a damping rubber ring, and a shock-absorbing plate. The supports are divided into 31 specifications based on vertical load capacity, ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN. Its structure is consistent with that of ordinary bowl rubber supports, with the addition of damping rubber rings and shock-absorbing plates, providing good seismic and shock-absorbing performance. The horizontal load capacity of the unidirectional movable support and fixed support is 20% of the vertical load capacity.
