The highway plate rubber bearing uses a vulcanized combination of an intermediate steel plate and rubber, fully utilizing the energy absorption and dissipation properties of rubber. It has the advantages of high bearing capacity, significant shock absorption and isolation effects, and is easy to maintain and replace. It provides significant economic benefits while meeting the corner requirements of bridges. The application of plate rubber bearings has promoted the advancement of bridge technology in our country and has now become one of the main types of bearings for medium and small span highways in China.

The highway bridge plate rubber bearings strictly implement the provisions of JT/T4 - 2019 "Highway Bridge Plate Rubber Bearings" and JT/T663-2006 "Specification Series of Highway Bridge Plate Rubber Bearings." This product further optimizes its design parameters and structural types after summarizing the experience of various designs, manufacturing, and applications of plate rubber bearings in the past, and the comprehensive performance of the product has been further improved.

The GPZ (KZ) series seismic-resistant pot bearings strictly adhere to the JT/T 391-2019 "Pot Bearings for Highway Bridges" standard and are designed in accordance with the provisions of the European standard EN 1337.

The GPZ (II) type bowl-shaped rubber bearing consists of an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, a middle steel plate, a pressure-bearing rubber plate, a copper sealing ring, a rubber sealing ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, an SF-1B composite plate, and a stainless steel plate. The bearings are divided into 31 specifications based on vertical load capacity ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN, with the horizontal load capacity of unidirectional movable bearings and fixed bearings being 10% of the vertical load capacity.

The GPZ (II) series pot bearings are designed according to the Ministry of Transport industry standard JT 391-2019 "Pot Bearings for Highway Bridges". This product is based on over twenty years of research and production application of highway pot bearings, referencing the standards and technologies of European and American pot bearings, and optimizing the GPZ series pot bearings.
