Double spherical bearing isolation support
1. Product Introduction
The double spherical seismic isolation spherical bearing is composed of an upper plate, a lower plate, a double spherical body, a concave lining plate, a spherical wear-resistant plate, a flat wear-resistant plate, a polyurethane damping block, a shear-resistant ring, etc. It has the characteristics of large displacement and large angle, and is not limited by the temperature of the operating environment, making it widely applicable.
2. Product Features
1) The working surfaces of the upper and lower plates are concave spherical, and the stainless steel coating process is used, which gives it high wear resistance and a low friction coefficient, improving the performance and service life of the bearing;
2) The combination of the double spherical body and the spherical wear-resistant plate provides good rotational friction performance;
3) The wear-resistant plate is made of modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, which meets the needs of high load capacity and has good wear resistance;
4) It can be designed for ultra-large displacement and large angle (0.04 rad) according to usage requirements, to meet the needs of bridges with large displacement and large angles, and is not limited by the temperature of the operating environment, making it widely applicable;
5) The polyurethane damping block provides good seismic isolation performance for the bearing;
6) The application of the double spherical sliding friction pair structure allows the vertical lift of the bearing's horizontal movement under seismic conditions, converting kinetic energy into potential energy to dissipate seismic energy.
7) After an earthquake, the bearing has good reset capability under the action of gravity, preventing damage to the bearing and beam, and the bearing does not need to be replaced.
3. Product Applications
The double spherical seismic isolation spherical bearing strictly complies with the national standards of the People's Republic of China GB/T 17955-2009 "Technical Conditions for Spherical Bearings", JT/T852-2013 "Friction Plate Seismic Isolation Bearings for Highway Bridges", and also refers to the draft standards for structural bearings issued by the European Committee for Standardization CEN/TC 167 in August 1993, Part 7 "Spherical and Column PTFE Bearings" and Part 2 "Sliding Components", as well as the British Standard BS 5400 "Steel Bridges, Concrete Bridges and Composite Bridges", Part 9 "Bridge Bearings".
