QZ spherical support
1. Product Introduction
The QZ series spherical bearings are more flexible in rotation compared to pot bearings, and can meet the needs of curved bridges, wide bridges, sloped bridges, and large-span bridges. The horizontal bearing capacity of fixed bearings in all directions and unidirectional bearings is 10% of the vertical bearing capacity.
The QZ series spherical bearings strictly comply with the national standard GB/T 17955-2009 "Technical Conditions for Spherical Bearings" of the People's Republic of China, and also refer to the draft of the structural bearing standard published by the European Committee for Standardization CEN/TC 167 in August 1993, specifically the seventh part "Spherical and Column PTFE Bearings" and the second part "Sliding Components", as well as the British standard BS 5400 "Steel Bridges, Concrete Bridges and Composite Bridges" Part 9 "Bridge Bearings".
2. Product Features
1) The spherical crown liner is made using a stainless steel cladding process, which provides high wear resistance and a low friction coefficient, enhancing the performance and service life of the bearings;
2) The vertical curve inner turning angle of the bearing is 0.02 rad, while it also adapts to any turning angle in flat curves, allowing for flexible rotation;
3) The wear-resistant plate is made of modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, which meets the needs for high bearing capacity and also has good wear resistance and self-lubricating properties, extending the service life of the bearings and reducing maintenance costs;
4) The applicable environmental temperature range is (-40℃ to +60℃), allowing for wide geographical use;
The series QZ (1000-60000) KN spherical bearings produced by the company are applied in major domestic bridge projects such as the GuiJin Expressway, PingTian Expressway, Nanjing Xikou Bridge, LeXi Expressway, Yichang Three Gorges, JinNing Expressway, YiJin Expressway, BaoMao Expressway, Kaizhou Bridge, TongSai Expressway, ChengLe Expansion Project, JianGong Project, G310 Line, Sichuan-Tibet Railway, JinCheng ECP Project, CuiZhai Municipal, YangJiang Construction, and Chongqing No. 27 Rail Transit.
