Marine Anti-corrosion Spherical Bearing
1. Product Introduction
The marine anti-corrosion spherical support consists of an upper support plate, a lower support plate, a spherical crown lining plate, a spherical wear-resistant plate, a flat wear-resistant plate, shear blocks, shear pins, shear bolts, and an internal dust-proof device. Its structure is consistent with ordinary spherical supports, and the horizontal bearing capacity is 15% of the vertical bearing capacity.
2. Product Features
1) The spherical crown lining plate uses a welded spherical stainless steel plate process, which provides high wear resistance and a low friction coefficient, improving the performance of the support.
2) The combination of shear blocks, shear pins, and shear bolts allows the support to transform from unidirectional to multidirectional when the design horizontal bearing capacity is exceeded, preventing further damage to the support and achieving shock absorption and isolation, thus reducing losses without the need for replacement.
3) The wear-resistant plate is made of modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, meeting the needs for high bearing capacity while also providing good wear resistance.
4) The support inherits the good performance of ordinary spherical supports and is not limited by the temperature of the operating environment, making it widely applicable.
5) The inner turning angle of the vertical curve of the support is 0.04 rad, and it also adapts to a flat curve turning angle of 0.25 rad, allowing for flexible rotation.
6) The use of the internal dust-proof device prevents the lower support from experiencing plastic deformation due to horizontal displacement and angular displacement over long-term use, which would increase the gap between the intermediate steel plate and the basin cavity, allowing environmental dust, moisture, and corrosive gases to enter the basin cavity, affecting the support's lifespan.
7) The main body of the support is made of corrosion-resistant materials, and before coating, it uses thermal spray aluminum technology, combined with a heavy anti-corrosion coating scheme of epoxy zinc-rich primer + epoxy iron intermediate paint + medium yellow polyurethane topcoat, effectively meeting the needs of extreme environments such as marine atmospheres.
3. Product Application Technology
The marine anti-corrosion spherical support strictly adheres to the national standard GB/T 17955-2009 "Technical Conditions for Spherical Supports" of the People's Republic of China, and also refers to the draft standard for structural supports issued by the European Committee for Standardization CEN/TC 167 in August 1993, specifically the seventh part "Spherical and Column PTFE Supports" and the second part "Sliding Components", as well as the British standard BS 5400 "Steel Bridges, Concrete Bridges, and Composite Bridges" Part 9 "Bridge Supports" and related requirements for marine heavy anti-corrosion.
