Roller shaft vertical support
1. Product Introduction
The vertical support of the roller shaft consists of an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, rollers, a base, rubber plates, sliding plates, bushings, shafts, rocking seats, upper and lower pressure plates, fixed plates, etc. It has the functions of large displacement, large angle, and vertical anti-tension characteristics, making it suitable for bridge projects across large rivers, canyons, and seas.
2. Product Features
1) The pressure-bearing rubber plate inside the base is in a three-phase constrained state, fully utilizing the energy absorption and dissipation properties of rubber, with the advantage of high bearing capacity and significant shock absorption and isolation effects;
2) The combination of the sliding plate and the upper and lower seat plates provides good vertical anti-tensile performance to overcome the negative bending moment stress that occurs at the ends of the beam, ensuring that the stress on the entire beam conforms to the actual mechanical model;
3) The wear-resistant plate is made of modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, which meets the needs for high bearing capacity and has good wear resistance;
4) It can be designed for ultra-large displacement (±800mm) and large angles (0.04rad) according to usage requirements, to meet the needs of bridges with large displacement and large angles;
5) The support adopts a cylindrical rolling friction pair structure, which is a linear structural force transmission model, allowing for flexible sliding in the main displacement direction to meet large displacement needs. It can also uniformly transfer loads from different directions of the beam vertically to the pier, with all horizontal forces converted into horizontal rolling displacements, reducing the magnitude of horizontal forces on the support, making it an ideal mechanical stress model.
3. Product Application Technology
The vertical series spherical supports of the roller shaft strictly comply with the national standard GB/T 17955-2009 "Technical Conditions for Spherical Supports" of the People's Republic of China, and also refer to the draft of the structural support standard issued by the European Committee for Standardization CEN/TC 167 in August 1993, Part 7 "Spherical and Cylindrical PTFE Supports" and Part 2 "Sliding Components", as well as the British Standard BS 5400 "Steel Bridges, Concrete Bridges, and Composite Bridges" Part 9 "Bridge Supports" and the requirements of related industry standards for the development of standard bridge component products.
